OMG! Its blogging day Cree. This week’s blog is
about the shoe-lace kick. This kick is one of the goal maker kicks. If you want
to be scoring goals and winning games you need to know how to kick the ball
with this kick or a sweet-spot kick butt we'll talk about that one next week.
This blog will give you a general idea of how to do it.
The strait-lace kick is good for keeping the ball
close to the ground and giving it a lot of power. This happens because your leg
and foot are strait and you get the longest swing out of your leg. On the back
swing you want to make sure that you load all the way for maximum power. To
load correctly you must bring your heal all the way back to your butt and make
sure that your leg stays in a "V" form at the knee all the way
through the kick. your plant foot is very important because if you step to far
back to ball will sky-rocket and you will pull a scovell (or shank) the ball. To
far forward and you'll probably stub your toe on the ground or the ball won't
have any lift on it, not saying that’s a bad thing.sports

soccer
Hello fellow bloggers and Cree. This weeks blog on blogger is about soccer. The point of this bolg is to get you the read to get out side and play a game. You could also watch one on tv or at a comuity soccer feild. Soccer is a fun sport that requires a lot of commitment. You just cant walk out on the field on game day and expect to win. It takes years of training and practics to be successful.
Practice usually consitts of foot work and some sort of conditioning. foot work is key in soccer because nintyfive percent of the time you are using your feet to move the ball up and down the feild. foot work is very hard to learn because one kick might go stright and if you move your foot just a littel bit it can drastically change the way the ball goes. check next weeks blog for tips and tricks that might help. Peace out.
